The Challenge

Create a modular interface library for high-density aviation data. Focus on clarity, contrast, and flow so complex metrics surface in a structured, human-readable way.

Contrast & legibility

Designed dark-first with balanced contrast between text, surfaces, and charts. Readable under both ambient and cockpit-lighting conditions through subtle luminance layering.

Density without noise

Compact layouts with consistent paddings, restrained lines, and clear hierarchy — letting operators parse multiple system states quickly.

Results & Reflection

AeroUI demonstrates how high-density operational data can remain legible through disciplined hierarchy, restrained motion, and a cockpit-like visual rhythm built for real-world scanning speed.
